Developing the NEO Camp e-commerce store

NEO Camp already had the most important thing: an incredibly good product. What you were still missing: A digital sales strategy, an online shop, photo and video material, digital advertising campaigns and a CRM system.

A digital strategy was developed based on structured interviews with NEO Camp Management. It quickly became clear that many camping-enthusiastic bus and van owners would like to use their car for camping without having to permanently convert their car.

The most important purchase criterion was the compatibility of the system with one’s own car model. Therefore, granular search campaigns were created that were aimed directly at specific vehicle models. This was then included on the corresponding landing pages.

Since customers have many questions about the functionality of the camper system, the website was created in a long format that precisely explained all the technical details and their advantages. This was supported visually by promotional and explanatory videos.

A product configurator was created for the online shop that gives customers freedom of choice without confusing them with unnecessary complexity.

The e-commerce platform was connected directly to NEO Camp’s CRM and marketing tools via APIs.

Within six months, NEO Camp had strong marketing material with product images, videos, relevant content and a highly informative website with an online shop. After just a few weeks, camper systems were sold in the six-digit euro range. We look forward to the next season!
