NEO is a global company with operations in Germany, Poland and China. With a team of over 30 experienced carpenters, they have been producing exhibition stands for world leading brands since 2014. When they decided to complement their traditional sales approach at trade fairs with digital selling, they turned to CERTAINCE.


NEO Expo has traditional made new business connections and customers at trade fairs, using their local presence. In order to further accelerate business growth, they turned to digital marketing. Having no in-house experience in this field, they decided to partner with CERTAINCE.  


A digital marketing strategy was developed based on structured interviews with NEO’s sales representatives. This aimed to present the excellent reference projects of NEO to new brands and agencies. It was also important to convey the competitive advantages of NEO, including their global presence and cost advantages of their production sites in Poland and China. Dedicated landing pages were developed to convey these selling points to the defined target customer groups clearly and visually compelling.


Advertising campaigns were run on Google to increase the visibility of these pages among trade booth planners. Regular reviews of the resulting leads with the sales team enabled a continuous improvement the ads and a very effective spend of the advertising budget. The result was a set of highly targeted ads that catered to the requirements and informational needs these customers were looking for. Interested parties were encouraged to ask questions via contact form, email or telephone.


Through the digital search campaigns, NEO generated numerous inquiries with enormous sales potential after the end of the corona crisis.
