How do I contact customer support when I need help?
You can reach our support via email to our ticketsystem and/or via phone at +49 30 3505 6713 from Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM und 6:00 PM
How quickly can I expect an answer from customer support?
You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Should it happen that we miss a call, we will call you back on average within 60 minutes. Inquiries by email are usually answered within a response time of four hours (if the message is received by 2:00 PM, otherwise on the following working day). This timing can deviate in individual cases.
Are there any additional costs for customer support?
Our services are generally billed according to the actual time and effort incurred and are invoiced in 15-minute intervals. The rates are based on our service agreement.
