My mission: make German businesses globally competitive again. The German economy has been stuck for years, and this is not a dip in the business cycle that can be waited out. Energy costs, a shrinking skilled workforce, bureaucracy, and competitors that have caught up technologically are structural problems. A single company can change little about most of them. But it can change one thing: how much it gets done with the people it has. That is where I start. Most owners I talk to know that AI has potential. What is unclear is where to begin in their own business. I answer that question on their own workflows: use AI where it creates measurable value today, leave it out where it does not, and expand as the technology improves.

I start with the workflow, not the platform. If a classic app makes the process clearer, I build it. If an agent can read data, prepare information, or execute steps, it gets clear boundaries, tools, tests, and logs. And where context is missing, a human reviews at the right level.

This is what that looks like in practice: at MAFU-SHERPA, an AI sales assistant I built runs today. It reads company websites, scores the fit, and prepares outreach; a salesperson reviews and sends. For NEO Expo I developed XPO Inventory, a business app in which inventory and project status are linked. For my own prospect research, by contrast, I built no app but a text instruction for an agent plus a standard CRM, because that is enough. I work with a small network of trusted specialists and without agency overhead, with experience across manufacturing, machine building, exhibition stand construction, medical technology, and e-commerce.

My measure is results you notice in daily work: a quote that goes out sooner, a handover nobody does by hand any more. What I build is tested, documented, and yours, so that other developers can carry it on. You talk to the person who builds your solution. And if the honest answer is that you should build nothing for now, I say that too.
