AI agents, software, and the right starting point

We look at real cases from your business, set the agent up with permissions and review steps, and build what it needs in everyday use. This page covers what we help with, how we choose between a tool, a fixed automation, and an agent, and how an intro call works.

Discuss a concrete workflow

From the first agent to everyday use

AI agents that take over work are the core. Around them we build what an agent needs: dependable data, connections to your programs, and points where your team reviews. Where a task does not need an agent, we recommend the simpler approach.

Deploy AI agents

An AI agent takes on tasks in several steps: it reads, researches, reconciles, and presents the result for approval, within fixed permissions, approved by your team. We find the first task and accompany the agent into everyday use.

  • Prepare quotes and enquiries
  • Check enquiries against your documents and mark gaps
  • Compile research on customers and markets
Use AI agents

Build the software around them

Agents work only as well as their environment. We build the connections, data access, and interfaces an agent needs, up to an owned business app when your workflow has rules of its own. You own the code.

  • Quoting and calculation systems
  • Portals, inventory, and project applications
  • Owned interfaces for working with agents
Build custom software

Find the right starting point

You want to use AI but do not yet know where it will genuinely help in your business. In the AI opportunity assessment we spend one day on real tasks and name the first step. Often that is the enablement workshop for one team, sometimes an existing tool is enough.

  • Sort workflows by effort and benefit
  • Set the first step and give the reasons
  • Make existing knowledge easier to use

Hand tasks to Claude, ChatGPT Work, and Microsoft Copilot

Even without custom development, Claude, ChatGPT Work, and Microsoft Copilot can do more than answer questions. We set up working methods that let your team hand over whole tasks instead of collecting individual answers. Each task comes with a goal, material, and a review step.

  • Quote and reply drafts from your own documents
  • Writing in your company's tone
  • Clear sources and cases for human decisions

Take over an AI-built project

An app started with AI has already made your idea visible. We examine what is sound, limit the most important first scope, and put the project back on a clear path.

  • Protect and review the current state
  • Continue, simplify, or rebuild selected parts
  • Bring an open-ended feature list back under control

Operate and improve solutions

After the first release, we make sure agent and software stay reliable and grow with new requirements. Changes are tested, delivered with a clear record, and handed over in an understandable form.

  • Monitor ongoing operation
  • Fix issues and deliver safe updates
  • Add new requirements step by step

Not every task needs an agent

We choose the smallest dependable approach. If the rule for the normal case fits in three sentences, a fixed automation is cheaper and easier to verify than an agent. If an existing tool is enough or a project should not be continued, we say that as well.

  1. 01

    Use an existing tool

Claude, ChatGPT Work, or an application you already use can solve the task with the right context.

  2. 02

    Set up a working method

Examples, facts, and simple rules make the results repeatable and reviewable for your team.

  3. 03

    Build a fixed automation

When the rule is settled, a small automation takes over the step, predictable and inexpensive.

  4. 04

Deploy an AI agent with software

Where every case looks different, an agent does the work, with permissions and review steps, up to a business app of your own.

You explain the everyday work; we handle the technical clarification

You do not need a requirements document or a finished solution idea for an intro call. One real example from your business is enough to begin.

  1. 01

You show us one concrete task

For example, an enquiry, a quote, a report, or an application you have already started.

  2. 02

    We capture what matters

We ask follow-up questions, understand the rules and exceptions, and explain the useful options clearly.

  3. 03

The AI opportunity assessment shows the first step

The usual paid entry is one day at a fixed price: we look at your workflows and your data and deliver a short decision report with the recommended first step. We credit the fee in full when you then commission the enablement workshop. Where a step is not obvious, we test it beforehand in a bounded pilot.

We like to start with the back-office work that slows your business down, which of those tasks an AI agent can take over, and which software it needs for that.
