Low-code, AI agent or custom software?
We do not offer low-code as a standalone service. The architecture question still matters: sometimes a simple internal workflow is enough. Sometimes the process needs custom software. And sometimes an AI agent can handle part of the work better than another screen.
When low-code, app or agent fits
- Low-code is enough for forms, approvals and simple status changes.
- A custom app fits when domain logic, roles, external users or long-term product development matter.
- An agent fits when data should be read, prepared, compared or processed in bounded steps.
- The deciding factors are data ownership, permissions, tests and maintainability.
If the workflow needs complex domain logic, many integrations, external users or long-term development, we consider custom development with React, Next.js and TypeScript. If an agent makes sense, it is built as part of that software: with tools, boundaries, logs and fallbacks.
The MAFU-SHERPA inventory app remains relevant proof: a bounded stocktaking workflow that was deliberately smaller and cheaper than a large warehouse system.
