An AI sales assistant reads websites for buying signals, scores the fit and drafts the outreach. Sales reviews and sends.
Quotation logic and CPQ configurators
When variants have rules that a standard ERP does not know. Those rules run as fixed logic in the system, not in an agent.
Stock and project status
When warehouse, reservations and projects belong together. A photo prefills the item draft; a member of staff checks it and enters dimensions and quantity manually.
Handovers to accounting
A reproducible export from Business Central to DATEV. The rule was clear, so a fixed automation without an agent was enough.

How we work
We start with your team's work, not with a feature list. An opportunity assessment often shows which tasks an agent can take over and what it is missing. Software comes only in the development stage, and only where existing tools and their ready connectors are not enough. What we build is first tested as a short prototype with real users. What works is hardened for production: permissions, data model, agent tools, tests, monitoring and documentation. Human review goes where mistakes get expensive, not evenly across everything.
Where standard is enough, we say so. And where the rule for the normal case fits in three sentences, we take a fixed automation instead of an agent: faster, cheaper and easier to verify. For technical leads: we build with widely used open-source technologies and web standards, in our projects mostly TypeScript with React, Next.js or Cloudflare Workers. Every change passes automated tests before it goes live, and other developers can take over the code.
